Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and invoices intact.
- Customized, engraved, or personalized items are non-returnable.
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect will not be accepted for return.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (if damaged or defective).
- Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
